The 720 home units in the Lagos Sangotedo Housing Scheme (Phase 1) — the largest housing scheme completed by the present administration — comprise 60 blocks of 12 homes each: a total of 240 one-bedroom, 240 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom apartments.
The gated estate has parking for 492 cars within the compounds and 406 at the general car park. External electrification is provided from the national grid with an injection station of 15MVA and seven transformers of 500kVA capacity. Water treatment and supply offers a storage capacity of 192m³ and 680m³ and an output of 650m³ per day. The estate also features street lighting, 792 metres of dual carriageway and 856 metres of single carriageway.
